Hello, my name is Jessie L. Franklin III, better known as Chef Jess. I’m the sole owner and operator of Elegant Rosa Catering and have been in the culinary industry for 6 years. The company was originally founded in Baton Rouge, LA, after much success the company relocated to Dallas, TX, where we service multiple regions including the DFW area, Baton Rouge and North Louisiana.
Elegant Rosa Catering is a catering company like no other. Dedicated and inspired by my late Father and Grandmother, Jessie L. Franklin II and Rosa Lee who both encouraged a family unit built on love, compassion and great food. We offer an array of specialties to meet any of your culinary needs, from multiple styles of cuisine, to meal preps, pastries and cakes to private dinners and chef demos.
